大火之后ABC热播剧《绝望主妇》(Desperate Housewives)发言人接受记者采访时称“紫藤巷并未因环球公司那场大火被毁”。然而CBS的《鬼语者》(Ghost Whisperer)拍摄场地就没有如此幸运了。《鬼语者》出版发行执行官告诉记者，初步报告显示有两处拍摄场地被大火烧毁。他们还未收到进一步的报告，但是《鬼语者》剧组认为这场大火不会影响该剧的拍摄进度。
